About Me
My name is Jacqui and I am the founder and owner of The Body Tracker. I have always loved the gym and being active and wanted to create fitness programmes that can be fun, effective and fit in and around daily life.
I am a mum of 2 children and due to numerous reasons over 7 years I gained 6 stone. When I was 39 a switch flicked and I set myself a fitness and fat loss target to reach before I was 40, which I achieved.
Then during lockdown 1, March 2020 I started working out with my kids at home. I lost 4 stone from March 2020 to November 2020.
But have lost 6.5 stone in total since January 2019. I have had blips along the way, we all do, we are human after all. It’s getting ourselves back on track and getting moving that can be the hardest part. But when you do get moving and see the progression and changes in your body and with that comes changes emotionally and mentally, they are just amazing!

So, what is it that The Body Tracker does?
The Body Tracker runs fun and friendly fitness sessions at Barnt Green Sports Club, Margesson Drive, Barnt Green, B45 8LR. A fantastic private members sports club where you can get showered, changed before or after, access to lavatories and if you fancied a coffee or quick drink in the bar with workout friends after, then those services will be accessible and available for Barnt Green Bootcamp goers too.
The Barnt Green Bootcamp fitness sessions run for 60 minutes and no matter what your ability is, all exercises can be adapted to suit you and your body.
Condition, tone, get stronger and build confidence! Workout with friends. Make new friends. And have fitness fun! So put your trainers on. Smile. Oh and bring a towel and WATER!
Each session has a maximum 20 spaces for Ages 16+ and cost £7.50 per person per session.
At your very first bootcamp session please arrive 10 mins early to complete relevant information prior to working out.

Lastly, The Body Tracker Barnt Green Bootcamp sessions are not just for women. Its for men too!
